Dallas

We made the trip from Birmingham to Dallas today, passing through Louisiana and Mississippi. Georgia isn't bad, Texas isn't bad, but the rural parts of the other two states are a bit scary. I'm getting used to them but it's still a culture shock everytime I step into a Waffle House there. Fairly mundane drive, east Texas is not an extremely exciting place. Tomorrow morning I fly out of DFW to Atlanta to get picked up by my dad. The pre-trip trip continues...
